Juggle Juggle Juggle

Saturday morning, three kids, husband at work and I’m working from home – great! Life is a constant juggle for us at the moment and I’m sure we’re not alone! There are always at least two things going on at once in this house with me generally at the centre of it all.

99% of the time I’m OK and on top of it. I like the general hustle and bustle of the busy house and love that I can work from home and be there for the children when they need me. I’m the one that takes them to school and picks them up, I know that I’m so lucky that I get to do that.

But, every now and then, life and the never-ending juggling act gets on top of me. Today is one of those times! I had a LOAD of work to do so cracked on at 6.30 this morning. That’s after a terrible night’s sleep where my daughter had a terrible nightmare (it sounded really bad so I forgive her for being terrified). Hubby left the house just before 8am, three kids to get dressed, feed, a never-ending washing pile, still loads of work to do, and my daughter wants bow tails in her hair!

I know my problems are miniscule and I am NOT complaining about my life. I’m just tired and flagging today.

I hope the rest of you are managing your juggling acts better than me this morning!

Hi there! I can so identify with you!! I think we all have days like this. My worst days used to be managing alone with two kids when they just remembered at 8am that they hadn’t done their homework!! It seems stressful at the time, but like you I’m lucky to be able to work from home x

I can sympathise. Time never really seems to be in abundance. Now I’m working full time and trying to get a blog post up every day. I’m enjoying the challenge though!
