25 Easy Chicken Sheet Pan Dinners with Minimal Cleanup

Sheet pan dinners are one of my favorite ways to make dinner a little easier, especially on those busy weeknights when I’ve got a million other things to do. I love that you can just put everything on one pan, pop it in the oven, and leave it to cook while you get on with something else. And anything that saves me washing up a load of pots and pans after dinner is always a good thing!

I’ve put together 25 chicken sheet pan dinners that are ideal for those evenings when you want something homemade but don’t fancy spending ages in the kitchen. There’s a bit of everything here, from chicken and potatoes to fajitas, honey mustard chicken, buffalo chicken, and loads more. They’re all a little different too, so you can mix things up a bit instead of making the same dinners week after week.

I think one of the things I like most about these recipes is how easy they are to fit around what you’ve already got at home. Quite often you can swap the veggies for something else or use up bits and pieces you’ve got sitting in the fridge. I’ve included plenty of family-friendly options, so hopefully you’ll find a few new favorites to add to your regular dinner rotation!

Why You’ll Love These Recipes

  • Less washing up: Anything that means fewer pots and pans to wash after dinner is a winner in my book!
  • Easy to make: Most of these recipes need very little prep, so they’re ideal for those busy evenings when you just want to get dinner sorted.
  • Something for everyone: There’s a lovely mix of flavors here, so there’s plenty to choose from even if you’ve got fussy eaters to feed.
  • No fancy ingredients: Most of these dinners use everyday ingredients that you can easily pick up at the grocery store.
  • Easy to change up: You can swap the veggies around depending on what you’ve got in the fridge, which is always handy.
  • Great for busy families: I love a dinner where I can pop everything in the oven and get on with something else while it cooks.
