Air Fryer Chickpea and Avocado Wrap is one of my favorite go-to meals when I want something quick, filling, and packed with flavor. I love tossing in some fresh veggies, a drizzle of dressing, and wrapping it all up in a soft tortilla for a satisfying meal that’s easy to make. Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Fresh spinach or lettuce
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, cucumber, lime juice
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy.
