Cashback from Christmas shopping…

We’ve been Christmas shopping this morning. It started off dry and bright and I was really looking forward to having a stroll round the shops. Within half an hour of us arriving in town though, the wind picked up and the heavens opened. We stuck it out for a while and did find some of what we were looking for. We’d soon had enough of being battered by the elements however and decided to do the food shop and head home.

Once home, I decided it would be far easier and less costly to order some of the children’s presents online through a cashback site. There are numerous cashback sites around but today I used Quidco.

Basically, a cashback site gives you money back on your online purchases. It’s usually a percentage of your total purchase cost, but it can also be a set amount.

Quidco have got some great deals on at the moment, including up to 7% cashback at Boots, great for the Christmas gift sets!

I’m trying to get into the habit of always going through a cashback site when I make a purchase. It costs absolutely nothing to do and 9 times out of 10 there’s a deal you can use which gives you money back! Everyone’s a winner!
