Instructions:

  1. Wash all the produce thoroughly.

  2. Cut the pork into small dice, then marinate it with half of the dark soy sauce and the sesame oil, mixing until well coated.

  3. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté on high. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and let it heat up. Add the pork and cook until it’s golden brown on the outside. Remove the pork from the pot and set it aside.

  4. Slice the onions, bok choy, carrots, and red bell pepper, and mince the garlic. Set everything aside.

  5. Add the minced garlic to the Instant Pot and sauté for about 30 seconds until golden brown.

  6. Pour the water into the pot and deglaze the bottom by scraping up any browned bits with a spatula.

  7. Break the spaghetti in half and layer it in a crisscross pattern in the pot to help prevent sticking. Do not stir. Gently press the noodles down so they’re submerged in the liquid.

  8. Close the Instant Pot lid, seal the valve, and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes.

  9. When the cooking time is up, immediately release the pressure and let the noodles rest for an additional 4 minutes.

  10. Open the pot and stir the noodles. Add the remaining dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and mirin, stirring until everything is evenly coated.

  11. Turn the Sauté setting back on high. Add the bok choy, red bell pepper, onions, carrots, and pork to the pot. Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables reach your desired level of tenderness.

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

  2. Pour 1 cup of warm water into the bowl.

  3. Stir the mixture until a rough dough begins to form.

  4. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface.

  5. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  6. Shape the dough into a ball.

  7. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a large round shape that fits a 10-inch pizza pan.

  8. Place the rolled-out dough onto the 10-inch pizza pan.

  9. Preheat your oven to 425–430°F (220–220°C).

  10. Spread the passata sauce evenly over the surface of the dough.

  11. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.

  12. Scatter fresh mint leaves over the cheese.

  13. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  14. Remove from the oven, slice, and enjoy!
