High Quality Clothing from Rydale -

One of the main things I write about here is saving money and spending your money wisely. Often, buying cheap, budget products is a false economy. Give it a few months and you’ll have to replace that item that seemed like such a great bargain when you bought it! This is particularly true with clothes. It’s fine to buy cheap clothes if that’s all you can stretch to, but I guarantee that after a few washes you’ll be wishing you’d been a little more careful with your money.

I was recently asked to review a couple of items from Rydale. I’ve never shopped with Rydale before but I had heard from others that their clothes are really great quality, so I was excited to find out for myself.

Rydale are a British company specialising in outdoor country clothing. The company was first established back in 1954 so it really has stood the test of time – a sure indicator that the products are high quality and customers go back again and again.

I was given pretty much free rein over the products I wanted to try so I spent a happy half hour browsing the site. It’s really easy to navigate with the sections clearly set out and a handy search function too.

I’ve been after a new hoody for a while so that was the first place I headed. There’s a good range of Ladies’ hoodies on the Rydale website. I was torn between a couple of options but finally decided on this navy hoody.

We’ve been spending a lot of time outdoors during lockdown and it’s always great to have a good quality hoody to throw on when it’s a little chilly.

I usually wear a size 14, but I like to get a size bigger for hoodies so there’s plenty of room in them. It’s always a worry buying online without trying on but the hoody was a perfect fit. I was also really impressed with the quality too. It feels really well made and I love the tag on the pocket – it gives it a real luxury item feel.

It was a pretty grey day when I first wore the hoody on our walk and it kept me just the right temperature – not too hot and not too cold. It’s really soft and snuggly inside too, just what you want from a hoody!

I also fancied a nice top to wear for summer too. I found some really lovely tops with animal prints on and decided to opt for a sleeveless top so it’ll be nice and cool for warm evenings. I chose a white sleeveless blouse with a v-neck. I always find v-necks quite flattering and I love the shape of these.

The blouse I chose features hares hopping, sitting and playing together, perfect for anyone who loves animals or the countryside.

Again, the quality and the fit is really great, you can tell that the blouse is well made. The cut is perfect and it feels really comfortable on whilst also looking great too. I think this will be a really well worn item for me this summer.
