The Muscle Food Do the Unthinkable Plan
I chose to take on The Unthinkable Plan because I was always trying (and failing) to lose weight on my own. As a working Mum of 3, finding the time to sort out low calorie and healthy meals as well as figuring out how to exercise was hanging round my neck like a huge burden. With this plan, all of that stress is taken away.
You can either opt for a 5, 6 or 7 day plan, depending on how structured you want your week to be. I opted for the 7 day plan so that every meal and snack is sorted for me. I need that strict structure.
You can choose 3 meals and 3 snacks per day, and you will also be sent a DVD and workout planner to follow too. I hadn’t exercised for years before taking on this challenge and mostly I’ve really enjoyed the workouts. Don’t get me wrong, they’re tough, but then they have to be for them to be successful.
