Instagram Social Link in Bio with LinkFolio
As a blogger, it’s really important that your social media accounts work for you. They need to highlight what you’re about and they need to be easy for your followers to navigate. Over the last year or so, I’ve developed a real love for Instagram. I don’t post on there as much as I’d like but that’s purely down to lack of time! But one of the biggest bug bears with Instagram is that it doesn’t make it easy for you to post links on your bio page. I’ve been trialling a tool called LinkFolio which sorts that issue right out.
What is LinkFolio?
LinkFolio is a really clever tool that you can use with your Instagram account. It allows you to share multiple links with your Instagram followers rather than just having one link. Often as a blogger, you want to share various resources rather than just directing traffic to your homepage, but Instagram doesn’t allow this. LinkFolio allows you to post multiple links in one place.

From adding just one link in bio, I’m able to direct my followers straight to my most popular and useful resources. It’s really easy to do and only takes a matter of minutes to set up. If you’ve previously used Linktree, then this is a great alternative.
The landing page looks really professional and I love the look of the different buttons. Your social media profile picture also shows up above your name which really helps to tie your accounts together.
How much does LinkFolio cost?
As with Linktree, there is a free version of LinkFolio which may be enough for your needs. However, there are options to upgrade too, so there’s something to suit every social bio.
As with most packages, the more you’re prepared to pay, the more features you have access to. I tested out the basic plan for just $5 per month and the features there were more than enough, so it is a low cost option.
Whether you’re a hobby blogger or your blog has become your business, getting your social media bios right is vital if you want to direct your followers to your content. LinkFolio is a great way to do this!
