- ¼ cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp lime juice (2.5 ml)
- Pinch of salt
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce (30 ml)
- 1 tbsp sriracha (15 ml)
- ¼ cup garlic mayo (from above)
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, chopped (16 g)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped (4 g)
Instructions:

Wash and peel the potatoes if desired.

Cut the potatoes into thin fry-shaped strips.

(Optional) Place the cut fries in a bowl of cold water and soak for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
